Blue Mountain Watershed Trust’s (BMWT) 14th season of their Be The Change Film Series has gotten off to a fabulous start with six very inspiring environmental documentaries enjoy by audiences of up to 100 people at each!

While all summer screens were held every other Tuesday under the stars at The Collingwood Brewery in their beautiful outdoor patio we will move to the Simcoe Street Theatre in September.

Flight of the Butterflies- A movie for the whole family, the Monarch Butterfly is a true marvel of nature. Follow the monarch’s perilous journey as they one of the longest migrations on Earth to a continent and place they have never known.

Percy- Based on events from a 1998 lawsuit, PERCY follows small-town farmer Percy Schmeiser, who challenges a major conglomerate when the company’s genetically modified (GMO) canola is discovered in the 70-year-old farmer’s crops.

Each week we lead off the film with a guest speaker either related to the film topic or film maker themselves and feature a free raffle giveaway!
