See The Salmon Run Event Coordinator
We are looking for a capable individual to spearhead this year’s See The Salmon Run https://seethesalmon.ca/ one-day outdoor event in Collingwood on September 24th. You will engage with vendors, sponsors, help with public awareness efforts and manage a crew of volunteers both before the event and on the day of. We have processes, contacts and a team to support you.
The role traditionally pays $1000.
Responsibilities include:
- Contracting vendors and participating organizations
- Approaching sponsors
- Overseeing communications
- Liaising with property owners
- Organizing and running a team of experienced volunteers
- Putting your mark on a popular, educational event!
