On Thursday, January 28, 2026 the opening day of the OLT Hearing for Huntingwood Trails East, the Blue Mountain Watershed Trust’s lawyer, David Donnelly, recommended that all participating Parties’ engineers meet, review and update the 2D modelling of the property in question. The Vice-Chair of the OLT Hearing agreed with this recommendation and instructed all parties to ensure the engineers met. This took more time than anticipated, hence the Tribunal did not meet on Friday and shall re commence the hearing on Tuesday, Feb. 10th at 10 am.
